Booth Information

The Bronco Bash team appreciates your interest in participating in this years event. Please note that the day of our event has changed to Tuesday, August 28th, 2018 and prepare accordingly. We encourage you to take a look at the 2018 Bronco Bash policies below and email us with any questions or concerns. 

 

Registration Application

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

We are no longer accepting Bronco Bash Booth Applications but we hope to see you all there!

Note: that availability for booths is on a first come, first serve basis, as space is available.

Your application is NOT COMPLETE until you submit payment. The Bronco Bash Team will call you for payment.

Registered student organizations

First Booth $25

RSOs who are registered for the 2018-19 academic year. You must be registered as a student organization before you apply for a booth. The second booth is $75, and $125 for each additional booth.

WMU Affiliates

First Booth $25

These are WMU University Departments or Programs. The second booth is $75, and $125 for each additional booth.

 

Non-Affiliates

$205 for ONE Booth

Any groups not directly affiliated with the University. Any additional tables are $180.

Ex: Businesses, Vendors, Restaurants, etc.

Non-Profit Non-Affiliates

$155 for ONE Booth

Nonprofit Organizations. Any additional tables are $130.
